interview with thomas brown
Thomas Brown experienced profound loss when a family member died by suicide in 2001. After a decade of grappling with grief, he embarked on a transformative journey in 2012. Alongside a friend who had also lost a brother to suicide, Thomas cycled across the country to raise awareness about suicide and the healing power of art. Their journey began at the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco and concluded at the Chapel of Sacred Mirrors in New York. Recently Thomas published, 2012: A Bicycle Odyssey, chronicling his cross-country adventure.
In addition to being a writer, Thomas hosts two mental health-focused podcasts: "Inner Monologue," an interview series, and "Stages," an audio diary exploring his mental health journey and evolving stages of life.
